The Company:
For the past 20 years this builder has established themselves as a builder of choice picking up numerous MBA awards across commercial, retail and hospitality sectors up to $20m in value. With 4 established offices across 3 states they are well positions to deliver projects for clients to a high standard time and time again. 

The Role: 
They are looking for an Estimator for their Brisbane office which is currently in a growth stage. The QLD business currently has one Estimator who you will be working alongside. You will be looking after their larger tenders which will value from $2M to $8M in the fitout sector.

You will be reporting to the QLD GM who you will be working closely with.
  
The Requirements: 

• Around 4 to 5 years experience as an Estimator
• Strong fit out and refurb background
• Able to tender on projects around the $5M mark
• Construction related degree
• Stability with previous employer
