Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Revit Modeller to join our client’s dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, contributing to the design and documentation of electrical systems within the building services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop detailed Revit models for electrical systems, including lighting, power, and communication networks.
• Produce high-quality documentation and drawings using Revit software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian standards and codes.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Structural) to ensure seamless integration of services within the overall building design.
• Assist in the preparation of technical schedules, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
• Participate in design reviews and project coordination meetings, providing input on electrical design and Revit modelling aspects.
• Support the team in maintaining Revit libraries and templates, contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Revit technology to enhance project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Revit Modeller within the Australian market.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in building services projects.
• Familiarity with Australian building codes and standards relevant to electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate and coordinated models and drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Experience working on a variety of project types, including commercial, residential, and institutional buildings, is preferred.
