The role – Design Manager
The business is currently delivering projects up to $100M in the education, health and agacer spaces.

We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to come into the business and initially join the pre-construction team assisting with tenders on some of these larger projects from tender to through to delivery. 
 
What you need to be considered:

• A building background is preferred. If you come from an architecture background you must have previous experience with a builder
• Previous experience in health, education is preferred, but not essential  
• A construction related qualification
• Stability with previous employers
• A team player
• To be self motivated
