- Relevant qualifications to Cert IV level or higher.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and compliance in warehousing and logistics operations.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering profit-focused results.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Passionate about team development, continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture.
- Experience working with major accounts or within the beverage or FMCG sector is advantageous.
