Distribution Centre Manager – Kewdale WA 

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Distribution Centre Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume warehouse in Perth. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring safety and compliance, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to drive operational success and align with business objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and improve team and process performance.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with key customers and actively manage operational issues.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution centre management.
• Strong leadership experience, including managing large teams and driving performance.
• Relevant qualifications to Cert IV level or higher.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and compliance in warehousing and logistics operations.
• Experience managing budgets and delivering profit-focused results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Passionate about team development, continuous improvement, and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Experience working with major accounts or within the beverage or FMCG sector is advantageous.
