CGC Recruitment have partnered with a long standing client Nationally who are at the forefront of the infrastructure boom in QLD and deliver major projects across a number of sectors including Roads, Rail, Defence and Resources. 
As part of a JV Alliance they are involved with one of Brisbane most iconic Transport Infrastructure projects in the last 20 years and have identified an urgent requirement for a Site based Contract Administrator to join the project on a full time basis. 
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager this site based role will mainly involve will be putting together procurement packages to subcontractor but will also involve sub-contract management, contract negotiation and assessing progress claims and variations. Scope of works will include excavation works (pilling, rock anchors, shotcrete), concrete structures, building works and services. 
The role is a full time position with the project expected to run up to 2025 so will give the right applicant an opportunity to get exposure to a major multidisciplinary project offering stability of work for the next few year around the Gold Coast.
Selection Criteria: 
- 5 Years Postgraduate Experience
- Prior experienced as a CA or QS for a Tier 2 or Tier 1 Contractor  
- High Attention to Detail
- Must Posses D&C Type project experience
- Team Player 
- Very Strong verbal and written communication skills
