• The Builder has multiple Data Centres in construction or just starting so location is flexible  - North or West Sydney

The Opportunity
  
Based on site you’ll join a high-performing project team on a large-scale data centre ($300M – $500M +)  - working closely with experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and specialist subcontractors. The role will see you heavily involved in procurement, administration, and cost management across complex trade packages.

Salary will depend on exp ($150K - $200K) 
  
Key Responsibilities

• Letting and managing subcontract packages across a services-heavy project
• Reviewing, negotiating, and administering subcontract agreements
• Managing variations, progress claims, and cost reporting
• Working closely with site and design teams to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved
• Supporting the delivery team to maintain programme and budget targets
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator within a head contractor environment
• Exposure to complex commercial, or heavy service-related projects (data centre experience highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple packages in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator who can build relationships across all levels
• Construction related degree and local experience.
