Established in NSW over 20 years ago this well established and award winning builder have gone from strength to strength and have grown to a size that is capable of competing with the best.
They have an annual turnover of $170M and employ over 100 staff.
Over the years they have built a solid reputation for delivering projects in the commercial, industrial, age care and more recently age care projects. With their projects valuing from $10M to $40M this has enabled them to offer a range of projects to suit different people's skills.
A need exists for an experienced Contract Administrator who is looking for their next long term contract. You will be looking after a $100M school project initially and you will have an experienced Project Manager who you will be reporting too who will help you get to the next step in your career.
As a Contracts Administrator you will have proven experience on projects of $15M plus and will have longevity with a previous employers.
You will be solely responsible for letting all contracts and full negotiations with sub-contractors and you will have some client involvement as well.

- Proven experience with a known builder in Australia
- Worked on projects of $15M plus
- Come from a construction degree background
- Have a strong commercial background
- Stability on your CV is essential
- Have a minimum of 4-7 years experience as a Contract Administrator with a similar sized builder
- Be well presented
- Computer literate
- People management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Be a team player
- Excellent negotiation skills
