CGC Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well established, leading national tier 2 commercial building contractor in WA, who have recently picked up several new Defence projects and as a result, have a new opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator. 


With a proven track record in delivering building projects ranging from $5m up to $100m+ nationally, working across a range of project sectors; Commercial, High Rise, Mixed Use, Government, Defence, Aged Care, Education etc. 

Initially you will work across several Defence projects simultaneously as the go to CA. 

The Role - Contract Administrator

A site based role, working closely with an experienced Project Manager, where you will play a key role in project delivery - covering all CA duties, such as sub contractor management, invoicing, project financials etc. as the go to Contract Administrator for Defence projects.

A proven background working within well reputed commercial building contractor on projects $5m+ is essential, as well as the ability to gain security clearance.

This is a permanent role, with a highly competitive salary package on offer ranging from $130-150k depending on experience. We are seeking a professional with 2+ years experience as a CA/QS on commercial building projects in Australia.
