Job description

CGC Recruitment are currently representing a well established and highly reputable tier 2 commercial building contractor who have been established in the WA construction market for over 30 years.

A commercial building contractor that is financially stable, selective on projects that they target and due to several new projects awarded new requirement has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the business, taking the lead on newly awarded projects. 

A business that has a diversified skillset in delivering projects across a range of sectors - Mixed use, commercial, government, recreational and medium density apartment projects are key areas they deliver within. Projects are selected more so on type and suitability than solely project size, however typical projects would range from $5m-$40m, however there has been the odd larger project up to $70m.

The Role - Contract Administrator

Working closely with a highly experienced Project Manager who has been with the business for 5+ years, this is a great opportunity to continue your development and work with a PM with a proven track record, undertaking all aspects of a CA role, being based from the head office and managing your schedule on site as required. 

You'll be joining a business that has a number of long term employees, a great culture and atmosphere, with a diverse project range. They also have a history for promoting from within when possible, so an excellent option for someone seeking a longer term development pathway. 

A highly competitive salary package on offer - $120-130k + Super, coupled with the usual additional benefits and equipment etc.
