This organisation is a leading national civil contractor who have an emphasis on delivering complex civil infrastructure projects across Rail, Mining and Main Roads. They currently have a large pipeline of works at critical stages of construction and are currently looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to provide site based supervision on a $20ml upgrade in the rail corridor. 

As Supervisor your main responsibilities will be overseeing day to day activities on site and coordinate & manage sub-contractors to achieve project milestones. The role will report directly into the Project Manager on site and will be responsible for looking after a crew of 10-15 blue collar personnel. Scope of works includes mainly civil structures. 

The role is an immediate requirement on a 10/4 working roster for an initial 8-12 week period but based on performance and the outcome of existing tenders could easily turn into further work. As of the nature of the work a SARC (Safety Access Rail Corridor) card is required to deliver works in the rail corridor.
