CGC Recruitment are partnering with a Tier 2 National Contractor to recruit a Civil Supervisor to provide work cover for an existing member of staff. The role is ideal for supervisors who can hit the ground running and confidently manage projects up to $20 million in value.
The Role
Working as a CGC Recruitment temporary contractor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations on a $20ml project in South Brisbane. You will be responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, safety, and programme delivery to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

The Role

- Minimum 10 years' experience in civil construction
- Proven experience supervising civil projects up to $5m
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and safety requirements
- Ability to manage multiple work fronts and subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Current driver's licence
- Negotiable daily rate, based on experience
- Weekly pay - paid every Wednesday
- Full coverage under CGC Recruitment's workers compensation and insurances
