Our client is seeking applications from experienced Civil Site Supervisors to work on one of Perth's key Metronet projects - Yanchep Rail Extension.

As a Supervisor on the Metronet Project, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of this visionary endeavor.

Reporting to the Area Manager you will be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Project Managers, Engineers, Clients and Consultants on the project.

The Yanchep Rail Extension is expected to be completed late 2023. You will then be relocated onto the Thornlie - Cockburn Link.

The Role

• Actively liaising with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Providing technical expertise and guidance to team members to resolve complex challenges and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensuring subcontracts act safety and comply with safety requirements.
• Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination.

Skills and Experience 

• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in infrastructure projects, with a focus on transportation or related industries.
• Worked on projects of a similar size and scale.
• Conduct own work and teams according to site SHEQ.
