Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business across commercial and infrastructure sectors
- Leverage your network to build strong relationships with builders, consultants, and developers
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan
- Collaborate with estimating and delivery teams to align on project pursuits
- Represent the business at industry events and in high-level client meetings
- Proven experience in business development within mechanical contracting, HVAC, or broader construction sectors
- Strong network within NSW’s construction industry, particularly Tier 1 and 2 builders
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to work autonomously
- A genuine passion for driving growth and contributing to a team culture
