Role and Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Drafter, you will play a crucial role in our drafting and design team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating detailed working drawings for residential projects.
• Liaising with local shires and relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring all drawings meet building codes and standards.
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.

Experience and Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in residential building drafting.
• A deep understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using ArchiCAD software.
• A consistent CV and proven track record in similar roles.
