The Role - 12D Civil Designer - Land Development
As a Civil Designer you will be involved in large master planned subdivisional and infrastructure projects. You will utilise your 12D and AutoCAD experience with design and modelling of land subdivision (residential, commercial and/or industrial) as well as major road design projects.

The Role - 12D Civil Designer - Land Development
As a Civil Designer you will be involved in large master planned subdivisional and infrastructure projects. You will utilise your 12D and AutoCAD experience with design and modelling of land subdivision (residential, commercial and/or industrial) as well as major road design projects.
About you:
- TAFE completed Advanced Diploma or Certificates of Civil/Structural Drafting or Bachelor of Engineering equivalent.
- Excellent design capability with the ability to produce detailed designs and documentation for tendering and construction.
- Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and 12D.
- Experience in the land development industry preferable but not essential.
- MUST has Knowledge of Australian Standards and Austroads guidelines.
- Hands on Directors that lead from the front, with decades worth of experience to learn from internally, with some highly experienced Designers to work with and learn from.
- Walking distance from public transport, or paid parking close by.
- WFH business flexibility 2days a week and paid overtime
- Extensive internal training program and development opportunities up-skill with the latest technology and on large scale projects.
- Causal Friday's, including drinks and food to wrap up the week.
