Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract administration across multiple fit-out projects
- Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor packages and scopes
- Support procurement processes, including tendering and letting trades
- Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims
- Assist with financial reporting and forecasting
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- 1–4 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Exposure to commercial construction or fit-out projects preferred
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and willingness to learn
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
