Working for a Tier One Builder with a large portfolio of jobs that has worked in conjunction with their values to build a highly regarded reputation within the Australian construction market. The company in question currently undertaking a large project within Sydney Metro.

About you:

• Previous experience in a safety role specialising in Government projects
• Passionate about safety
• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant experience
• Certification in Lead Auditing/OHS Management systems
• Knowledge of Work Cover and Injury Management
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally as well as externally
• Site Experience
• The ability to work with people on a personal level as well as enforce regulations onsite

The role: 

• Enforcing and reporting social distancing and hygiene protocols in line with company, local and federal guidelines
• Policing compliance with respect to Covid - 19
• Comfortable talking to someone on a personal level in respect to Covid -19 guidelines
• Ability to implement Covid - 19 guidelines into a work force situation
