Transport Manager – Port Logistics & Transport
A growing national transport and logistics provider is seeking an experienced WA Operations Manager to support the efficient running of Container Freight Station (CFS) warehouse and transport operations across Perth.
This key leadership role acts as the second-in-charge to the WA State Port Logistics Manager and plays a critical part in ensuring operational performance, service delivery, safety, and team leadership across two major WA sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily CFS and transport operations across WA
- Lead operational teams across two metro depots
- Ensure safe, compliant and efficient workflows
- Manage fleet utilisation, scheduling and labour resourcing
- Drive DIFOT performance and operational KPIs
- Oversee container movements, equipment and job processing
- Support workforce planning, recruitment and leave management
- Maintain strong communication between operations and leadership
- Ensure SOP compliance and continuous improvement
- Provide coaching, training and team development
- Act as escalation point for operational and customer matters
- Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Port / wharf logistics experience essential
- Strong people leadership with a collaborative style
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving capability
