A busy freight and transport provider is seeking an experienced Scheduler to manage and coordinate general freight operations from their Port Kennedy hub. This fast-paced role involves scheduling and dispatching work for a large team of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across multiple routes.

This fast-paced role involves scheduling and dispatching work for a large team of drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery across multiple routes.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and allocate work for a team of 20+ drivers
- Coordinate daily general freight operations and deliveries
- Monitor workloads and ensure efficient fleet utilisation
- Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Support operational reporting and documentation
- Occasionally work weekends as required
- Previous experience scheduling freight, transport, or logistics teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
- Customer-focused and able to prioritise competing demands
- Competitive pay: $32.40–$35.60 per hour + overtime
- Based at Port Kennedy, WA
- Occasional weekend work
- Work with a supportive team in a busy, operational environment
