Our client are a privately owned Construction company who specialise in Commercial Construction, who are currently looking to engage a Systems Manager experienced in Health, Safety & Quality on Construction or Civil projects.
This role will be working from their office at Naremburn and between project sites.

- Update IMS per HSEQ Director’s guidance and distribute to Project Teams.
- Collate WHSEQ statistics from Procore for reporting and tender proposals.
- Attend third-party certification audits.
- Maintain Legislative Requirements and Master Risk Registers.
- Conduct WHSEQ reporting and audits at company and project levels.
- Implement and deliver WHS training for all staff.
- Ensure company reference materials and project templates are up to date.
- Conduct staff inductions and provide IMS, Procore, Jobpac, and PayApps training.
- Manage company training register and programs.
- Set up projects by scanning contracts, arranging insurances, and coordinating IT needs.
- Assist with budget loading, project plans, and completion plans.
- Support RFT and EOI proposals by preparing methodologies, programs, and subcontractor comparisons.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Jobpac.
- Experience in WHSEQ compliance and reporting.
- Tertiary degree in Building/Engineering.
- Auditor Training Course, Cert IV WHS (BSB41419).
- Training in Safety Management, Incident Investigation, Emergency Response & Office Safety.
