Job description

6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start

Our Construction and Engineering client is looking for an administrator who is highly experienced in the system MEX to set up the systems database from scratch. 

We are looking for someone with a minimum 3 years experience working with the MEX Maintenance software that would consider themselves advanced users. Your duties in this fixed term contract would be heavily based around assisting with the MEX data population set up including:
  • The migration of the maintenance day-to-day operations into Mex
  • Enter and maintain information to set up the Asset Data Base for 3 x Schools
  • Set up frequency inspections for assets, Planned Maintenance W/O and recurring W/O
  • MEX Ops Set Up (maintenance and DLP)
  • MEX Regions Set Up (NRG, Auscoil etc)
  • Contractor portal Interface set up and Contractor Management system set up
  • Life cycle planning and costing
  • Develop weekly report templates
  • Set Up audit processes of assets to support asset maintenance
  • Set up inspection checklist including condition scores for Mech/Elec/Fire/Hydraulic/Lift/T&T/Security/building
  • PM budget set up
  • Lifecycle cost Budget set up
  • Invoicing out of MEX
This fixed term contract is going to suit a MEX 'whiz' who can come in and hit the ground running.
