This tier 2 contractor that operates in NSW currently has a requirement for a Supervisor based in Sydney. They have a great reputation delivering the building and civil components of Station upgrades, road works, streetscape and utility projects. there Civil arm is extremely busy and due to multiple projects they have recently won they are looking for a civil supervisor. This business works with clients that have changed the face of the Australian landscape with their constant and well established investment into creating landmark rail, building and civil infrastructure projects. 

The Role 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:-

• Overseeing subcontractors and junior members of staff while working closely with the clients to maintain these long standing and established working relationships. 
• Coordination & management of subcontractors 
• Ensuring that all paperwork is completed on time & submitted accordingly 
• Ensure necessary compliance with WHS requirements 
• Attend & run site meetings 

Skills and Experience

• You will have worked on and will need to have either a building, civil, road and rail station experience.
• ion of civil infrastructure projects that are located close to the Sydney.
• Qualities in "hands on" leadership and management approach
• Excellent communication and listening to instructions and able to converse with the crew
• Excellent knowledge of program delivery and tracking each project milestone effectively.
