Their core areas of expertise include: feasibility, approvals and pre-construction; design concept and development; construction, handover, commissioning and defects liability.

The Position – State Director QLD
This is a career changing opportunity available for a Project Director/State Manager to join the Brisbane office and lead/grow the current QLD team. They have huge growth plans for the QLD business unit and need an established leader to take the reins.
This is a key leadership role in the business and you will be rewarded with an attractive salary package and other benefits based on performance.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Construction related tertiary qualification is essential
- Project Management background from main contractor or client-side
- Considerable experience in Queensland
- High level of financial acumen and budget understanding
- Previous experience in a leadership role as a Director / Project Director
- Building sector experience is essential; retail, commercial, education, public sport+leisure, multi-residential, property, hotels etc
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholders
- High level of attention to detail
- Good client relationships skills
