The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join our team and play a key role in delivering multiple projects across Southeast QLD. This role offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility, as you will be supporting works across several sites while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead small crews on-site and coordinate day-to-day construction activities
- Deliver complex concrete and retaining wall works to program and specification
- Work closely with the Senior Supervisor to plan and manage works across multiple sites
- Maintain strong safety standards and ensure compliance with site procedures
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and site stakeholders
- Maintain quality workmanship and uphold the company's strong reputation with clients
- 7-10 years' experience within civil contracting
- Proven experience working as a Civil Leading Hand or stepping up into leadership
- Strong background in concrete structures, retaining walls, or similar civil works
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple sites and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
- Work with a respected specialist civil contractor delivering technically challenging projects
- Mentorship and guidance from an experienced Senior Supervisor with Tier 1 background
