The Project

The scope includes structural remediation works, new lift installation, services upgrades, and the refurbishment of community and performance spaces. The successful Site Manager will help drive the project through the next critical stages while maintaining safety, quality, and program.

Key elements of the build include:

• Structural remediation and strengthening works
• Installation of new passenger lifts and lift shaft construction
• New plantroom and services infrastructure
• Internal refurbishment and fit-out of community and performance spaces
• Integration of new mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and security systems
• Heritage-sensitive restoration works
• External works including carpark upgrades and site reinstatement

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects
• Strong background managing multiple trades and services packages
• Experience working within heritage or complex refurbishment environments advantageous
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality outcomes
