Our client is a award-winning residential builder with a pipeline of over $350million, and has had a fast rise in to being one of the top residential homebuilders in Australia.
They have established themselves as one of the up and coming builders in NSW over the last 10 years.
The focus is on working with leading developers across Australia to build everlasting communities.
The role:
Reporting to the Construction manager, you will be accountable for delivery of projects in the Sydney metro area. Depending on experience, you will be handed up to 22 units to supervise, and be working in a team of 6 other site supervisors.

- You will have a track record of supervising upwards of 20 residential projects simultaneously
- Ability to efficiently communicate with your trades on site
- Have stability on your CV
- Able to work in team environment
- Able to lead from the front
- Be well presented and a good communicator to clients and sub-contractors
