About The Company:
We are a leading construction company that specializes in delivering commercial projects. We have been entrusted with the task of building a brand new state-of-the-art McDonald's restaurant in Griffiths. This project marks an exciting milestone for both our company and the local community.

Position: Site Manager
Location: Griffiths
Responsibilities:

As the Site Manager, you will be at the forefront of the McDonald's new build project in Griffiths. The project will be running for 4 or 5 months. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Project Management: Overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the project timeline, budget, and quality standards.
2. Team Leadership: Managing and motivating the on-site construction team, including subcontractors, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient working practices.
3. Health and Safety: Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
4. Quality Control: Monitoring and ensuring the quality of workmanship, materials, and finishes meet the specified standards.
5. Communication: Regularly liaising with stakeholders, including the client, architects, and local authorities, to keep them informed of project progress and address any queries or concerns.
6. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving any challenges that may arise during the construction process, employing quick and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction projects, preferably in the fast-food restaurant sector.
• A strong understanding of construction processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards on site.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field would be advantageous.
