Established over 20 years ago, this well respected builder who operate in NSW and Victoria are known for delivering interiors and new build projects in the commercial, retail and hospitality sectors along with health and education.
 
With several MBA awards under their belt this well-structured contractor secure the majority of their work from repeat business and have recently secured 4 projects in Sydney which has forced them to grow their team and are in need of a Site Manager who have a strong commercial fit out background.

They are a well-known name in the commercial fit out industry and a builder that will be able to offer you true career progression through training and opportunity.

The Project
  
If you enjoy working on high-end, complex fit outs this could be the project for you. The initial project that you would be working on is a $15m refurbishment of an industrial building with significant structural and services changes. Having previous experience on services heavy projects, such as medical and data centre projects would be an advantage.

The Role

You will be reporting directly to your Project Manager who will be located in head office so you will need to take full responsibility for the project including all OH&S requirements. 

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• Come from a trade background
• Proven experience delivering projects up to $10M as a Site Manager
• Strong commercial fit out background
• From a trade background
