Summary

CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established commercial construction head contractor in Perth who offer a full range of services to clients across new build, refurbishment and fit out construction. A privately owned business, with long standing client relationships who over the past 3 years have expanded their construction division. 

The construction division will work across a variety of projects so no two projects are the same. Anything from Education, Mixed Use, Apartments, Civic, Infrastructure, that would typically range in the $2-10m project value range. 

The Role - Site Manager

As Site Manager, you'll typically be working across 1-2 projects at any time, with a Supervisor reporting into you. Working in close collaboration with an experienced Project Manager, you'll oversee all site management and supervision of sub contractors, site programs and the site team.

Salary will be aligned with experience, however will be in the $130-140k + Super + Vehicle range.
