The Company:

This is one of the key reasons they are able to produce a quality project for their clients and constantly win repeat business.
  
The Role: 
As the Site Manager you will run the site in its entirety, managing all documentation, safety and risk, writing short term programs, managing the site diaries, managing the subcontractors, consultants while interacting with the client.
  
You'll ideally come from a trade background and have some 5 to 10 years working as Site Manager. You must have a steady work history working for known Sydney contractors . Experience working within the fit out and refurbishment sector would be desirable.
  
The Person Spec: 
To fit with the culture you will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, taking pride in your work and working in a collaborative and effective manner. Naturally your communication and presentation will be first class, coupled with a solid career history.
