The Company: 
Seeking a Site Manager for an established builder who have been for 9 years and predominately operating in the public sector including, School, Health and local authority projects up to $10m 

With great client and sub contractor relationships they have grown steadily since inception and how have solid $25m T/O and employ 20 staff. 

With a new project in Sydney we are looking for a Site Manager to start the project in 4 weeks time. the initial project is a $2m School in Woolwich

You'll be responsible to a PM. Your main focus of the role will be delivering on time and budget, you'll be dealing with the client, sending RFI to Consultants and Architects so your ability to communicate with different stakeholders will be essential. 

About You: 
Seeking a Site Manager who is able to take control of the project from civil phase to completion , must be able to write short term program and maintain a good integrated Management system.
