Opportunity

A well-established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a contract role on a multi-level office fit out project in Albury, NSW.

Acting as the No.1 Site Manager, you will take full ownership of a detailed commercial office fit out across multiple levels, with additional external upgrade works forming part of the overall scope.

Supported by a site-based CA and off-site Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering commercial fit out projects
Proven experience on multi-level office or commercial refurbishments
Ability to manage live or high-traffic environments (advantageous)
Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple trades
High attention to detail, particularly around finishes and joinery

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site activities across fit out and external works
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
Manage program, sequencing, and site logistics
Maintain strict safety and quality standards
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely project delivery
