Opportunity
 
A well-established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a contract role on a multi-level office fit out project in Albury, NSW.

Acting as the No.1 Site Manager, you will take full ownership of a detailed commercial office fit out across multiple levels, with additional external upgrade works forming part of the overall scope.


Supported by a site-based CA and off-site Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience delivering commercial fit out projects
  • Proven experience on multi-level office or commercial refurbishments
  • Ability to manage live or high-traffic environments (advantageous)
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple trades
  • High attention to detail, particularly around finishes and joinery
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all on-site activities across fit out and external works
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Manage program, sequencing, and site logistics
  • Maintain strict safety and quality standards
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely project delivery
