A well-established commercial builder with over 15 years of successful operation is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team. The business specialises in the delivery of high-quality hospitality projects, including hotels, bars, clubs, and restaurants, with several projects involving heritage buildings and complex refurbishments.

With three live projects currently on site and two large hospitality developments in the pipeline, the company continues to secure repeat work from long-standing clients. The team operates from a bright, open-plan office with on-site gym facilities and a strong culture built around sport, fitness, and collaboration. With a close-knit team of around 20 staff, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business where your input will be valued and visible.

The Role

You will work closely with the Directors and project delivery team, taking ownership of pricing across fit-out, refurbishment, and new build hospitality projects. The role will suit someone who is confident communicating with clients, subcontractors, and consultants, and who enjoys working in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• Around 3+ years’ experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Contract Administrator
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and explain costings clearly
• Experience in pricing commercial, fit-out, hospitality or refurbishment projects preferred
• Motivated, team-focused and keen to grow within a long-term role
