The Role
  • Lead day-to-day site operations across education and civil builds
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site activities
  • Drive program, safety, and quality outcomes
  • Work closely with Project Managers and site teams
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and coordinators
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused site culture
About You
  • Experience delivering education, justice, or civil infrastructure projects
  • Background as a Site Manager or Foreman ready to step up
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front
  • Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
  • Driven to improve processes, outcomes, and team capability
