Administrator - Office-Based Role (Parramatta / Austral)
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join a civil construction company delivering key water infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative team supporting community engagement initiatives within a fast-paced project environment.
 
The Role
Working closely with the Community Engagement team, you will provide essential administrative support, including maintaining registers, coordinating documentation, and assisting with day-to-day office tasks on active infrastructure projects.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating project and community engagement registers
  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with document management and record keeping
  • Supporting coordination of team activities and communications
  • Handling ad hoc administrative duties as required
About You:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Suitable for a junior candidate, though all experience levels will be considered
Role Details:
  • Location: Parramatta or Austral (site office)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility available)
  • Start Date: ASAP Start
  • Duration: 3-4 month contract
