A well-regarded NSW commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the demolition and early works phase of a landmark government project in Broken Hill.

This is a critical first stage of the development, requiring a confident operator who can manage high-risk activities, maintain program, and ensure strict safety compliance from site establishment through to completion of the enabling works package.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day site operations across demolition and early works
  • Coordinate subcontractors, program sequencing, and site logistics
  • Maintain WHS compliance and quality standards
  • Oversee reporting and documentation (Procore essential)
About You
  • Proven experience delivering demolition or early works packages for a head contractor
  • Minimum 3 years’ Site Manager experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation and compliance
