Job description
A well-regarded NSW commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the demolition and early works phase of a landmark government project in Broken Hill.
This is a critical first stage of the development, requiring a confident operator who can manage high-risk activities, maintain program, and ensure strict safety compliance from site establishment through to completion of the enabling works package.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across demolition and early works
- Coordinate subcontractors, program sequencing, and site logistics
- Maintain WHS compliance and quality standards
- Oversee reporting and documentation (Procore essential)
- Proven experience delivering demolition or early works packages for a head contractor
- Minimum 3 years’ Site Manager experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and compliance
- Guaranteed 12-week contract
