An established national commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a stand alone $5m new-build childcare project in Caloundra. This is a full lifecycle role with strong support from an experienced project team and clear pathways to future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from site establishment through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site trades
• Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
• Ensure works are delivered to budget and programme
• Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and consultants

About you

• Proven Site Manager experience on commercial new-build projects
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
• Well organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
