An established national commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a stand alone $5m new-build childcare project in Caloundra. This is a full lifecycle role with strong support from an experienced project team and clear pathways to future projects.

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from site establishment through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site trades
- Drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Ensure works are delivered to budget and programme
- Maintain strong communication with the Project Manager and consultants
- Proven Site Manager experience on commercial new-build projects
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Well organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard
- $5m standalone project in a growing Sunshine Coast market
- National builder with genuine continuity of work
