Contract Administrator – Procurement Focus 6–8 Week Contract | ASAP Start | Northwest Sydney
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a main builder on a new build project located in Northwest Sydney. This is a short-term contract role (6–8 weeks) with an immediate start, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running.
About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the procurement phase of the project, supporting the delivery of a new build from a commercial and contractual perspective.
Key Responsibilities
  • Managing procurement packages from tender through to award
  • Preparing and issuing trade scopes, RFQs, and comparisons
  • Negotiating and letting subcontractor and supplier agreements
  • Assisting with contract administration and documentation
  • Supporting the project team with commercial reporting and cost control
  • Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
About You
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator with a main builder
  • Strong background in procurement on new build projects
  • Able to work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
  • Available to start ASAP and commit to a 6–8 week contract
