Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with the Director of a newly created entity, a commercial & industrial building head contractor under the umbrella of a larger contractor who have some exciting and ambitious growth plans to grow the business.
A key hire for the business, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager who is driven & wants to expand their career and grow with the business.
The Client
The business is a commercial & industrial building head contractor, who specialises in the delivery of projects in the $3-20m range, already with a number of blue chip clients, to deliver a range of projects across Perth metro.
As they are under the umbrella of a larger group, however running as their own entity, not only do they have a strong financial backing, but also established relationships, clients and projects already secured.

Key Responsibilities - Site Manager
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance standards are achieved and maintained
- Drive programme, planning, site logistics and sequencing
- Conduct site meetings and reporting to the Project Manager & Directors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Support a positive project culture and team environment
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial projects in WA
- Experience managing projects in the $10m+ range
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive programme and lead subcontractor teams effectively
- Commitment to safety, quality and client relationships
- Trade qualified Carpenter
