As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind this landmark build, responsible for its successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind this landmark build, responsible for its successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the project, ensuring completion within established timelines, budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule, ensuring critical milestones are met.
- Oversee all financial aspects, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration.
- Uphold our clients rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance across the site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely reporting.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on mid-to-large-scale highrise residential or commercial projects (ideally valued over $30M).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
