The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of one of their key internal developments. The project is a $60 Million, multi-story apartment highrise set to break ground in Fortitude Valley in the First Quarter of 2026.

As the Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind this landmark build, responsible for its successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project, ensuring completion within established timelines, budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, ensuring critical milestones are met.
• Oversee all financial aspects, including cost control, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Uphold our clients rigorous safety standards and ensure compliance across the site.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely reporting.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on mid-to-large-scale highrise residential or commercial projects (ideally valued over $30M).
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
