The Position
  • In this role, you’ll be supported by a Leading Hand and, on larger projects, a Foreman.
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-end hospitality fit-outs and new build private schools.
  • Your first project will involve managing a $9M hospitality fit-out in South Sydney where you will oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure that project milestones are achieved in line with quality and safety objectives.
  • Some Saturday work may be required, but as the Site Manager, you will have the flexibility to program the roster to maintain a work-life balance for the site staff
The salary is commensurate with the project size, with figures up to $200K available.

Background & Experience
  • Trade qualifications, with additional tertiary building certificates being advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver projects valued at over $10M
  • Extensive experience in hospitality projects
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, manage personnel, and work cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong technical, planning, and programming skills
  • In-depth knowledge of logistical planning for projects in high-volume, occupied premises
  • Excellent safety and company system management skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
