Award-winning Tier 2 Sydney builder require an immediate contract site manager for a challenging $10M educational new build project near Dubbo (Central West NSW).

With accommodation provided, this is a great opportunity for a professional contractor to step into a 12-month guaranteed contract role and make their mark. 

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in educational projects, highly desirable
  • Comfortable and confident in both structures and fit out
  • Trade background (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) highly desirable

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the entire build, ensuring it is executed within budget, timeline, and to the client's specifications
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and quality of work on-site, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
