About the Role
Experienced Site Manager required for a 10 + month contract role near Bowral (NSW's Southern Highlands). Be the No.1 start to finish on a $6M commercial refurbishment project. Work under the banner of one Sydney's most prominent fit out and construction builders. 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure necessary inspections are completed
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards
  • Conduct inspections and oversee testing processes
  • Address and rectify any quality issues promptly
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a No.1 Site Manager in refurbishment or similar construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and health & safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are preferred
