CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established and reputable tier 2 national commercial building head contractor who have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join their Perth based team, taking the lead on metro based projects. 

The Client

A builder that has some excellent systems & processes in place, coupled with a proven track record in consistently delivering a diverse range of commercial building projects up to $50m. Project values, typically sit in the $10-50m range and are across a diverse portfolio that includes; Commercial, Education, Defence, Mixed Use & Industrial. 

The Role  - Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will work closely with an experienced Project Manager, initially stepping onto an Education project, located centrally within Perth metro area. You'll be a standalone Site Manager, with support from the wider project delivery team, comfortable of managing projects $20m+ independently. 

The project is already live & ready to go, so no subject to tender, with a healthy pipeline of projects in addition to this, you'll be joining a financially stable builder with a healthy project pipeline over the next 24 months. 

A highly competitive salary package on offer aligned with experience, ranging from $150-170k + Super + Vehicle Allowance, plus all the usuals such as phone / laptop etc.
