The Position
  
The scope of works is to deliver a 3 storey 20 unit block based on Sydney’s Inner West. We are looking for someone that has delivered residential projects and is effective at driving programme whilst maintaining a high standard of finish. You will be accustomed to working directly with the client and be able to run a harmonious site.
  
Salary will depend on experience however figures of between 180K – 200K are achievable 
  
Ideal background

• Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience delivering multi storey residential projects
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors on residential projects
• Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
• Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
