This company is a renowned tier 2 building contractor operating all over Australia. Turning over more than $600M and currently employing over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most sectors including commercial, residential, health, education and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $50M.
Their QLD operation are consistently winning and delivering projects valuing anything from $500K to $50M.
The role – Site Manager
The business has been successful in winning several tenders in the first quarter of 2023. We are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a health project valued at $9M which is located in Logan, which starts construction in now!

What we are looking for:
- A trade background
- Previous experience delivering these size projects
- A Tier 2 or large Tier 3 background
- Commercial, health background would be advantageous
- Stability with previous employers
- Able to manage multiple stakeholder
