A well known and respected fit out contractor who were established in Sydney nearly 20 years ago are continuing to pick up project after project and are in need to add a couple of Contract Site Managers to there expanding teams.

They are known for delivering commercial projects from a value of $1m to $40M and are in need of 2 X Foreman/Site Managers to join their team on a contract basis. 

They have just picked up 2 new 14 week office fit out projects which run one after the other so they will go through to Feb 2020...  The projects are commercial office fit outs for high end clients and will require good level operators to complete the works

The candidate they are looking for is someone who comes from a Carpentry trade background and has been a Foreman/Site Manager for the past 4 years +, you must have a fit out background/experience to be considered for this role.

Rate will be in the region of $60ph-$70ph


You will also need:

• A trade qualification
• Be well presented
• 4 to 5 years experience as a Foreman/Site manager running your own fit out projects
• Experience with a well known builder
• Stability on your CV
• Commercial fit out experience is a must
• Be well presented
• Able to lead from the from
