CGC Recruitment have again partnered with one of their longstanding clients, who are a leading National Civil Contractor who deliver complex infrastructure projects right across Australia. Their key area of focus includes Transport infrastructure (Road & Rail) and Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind-farms).
 
They have recently been awarded a $300ml+ Transport Infrastructure project which will help change the shape of Brisbane's Rail Capacity. One of the gaps in their current org structure is for a driven young site engineer to join the team on a permanent basis. 
 
The project has a complex scope works which includes Bulk earthworks, (which includes clear and grubbing and access route), ground improvement works, civil structures (box culverts and bridges) Rail (including rail services, OHLE, signaling) and Building works. 
 
This unique opportunity will give an engineer a large exposure to a diverse scop of works and will work underneath an experienced Project Engineer who will offer mentoring and guidance which will ensure proper career progression. Key criteria we are looking for is Site based Engineer with a minimum 2 years post graduate experience who have the drive and passion to be involved in one of the most exciting jobs of recent times. 
 
The position is a permanent role and offer the right individual a career path with an international Tier 1 Contractor who are establishing themselves in SE QLD, to be a key player in the major project space as we push towards both the Olympics and a Green Energy future.
