Site Engineer (Contract – 2 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer for a 2-month contract on a fast-paced industrial construction project based in North Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project team and contribute to the successful delivery of a technically challenging build.
The Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Prepare and manage RFIs, variations, and site documentation
• Conduct site inspections and maintain QA records
• Monitor construction progress against program
• Assist with cost tracking and reporting
• Maintain strong WHS compliance across site
• Utilise Procore for project documentation, reporting, and communication

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 3+ years’ experience in a Site Engineer role (industrial experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination
• Demonstrated experience using Procore (essential)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to hit the ground running in a live project environment
