Our client is a well-established, highly regarded construction business operating across NSW and QLD, delivering projects in the new build and fit out space. Their portfolio spans high-end hospitality, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors.

With approximately 80% of their work generated through repeat business, this is a genuine relationship driven company offering a supportive, non-corporate environment where people are trusted, developed, and retained.
Due to a steady pipeline of secured projects, they are seeking a capable Contract Administrator to join their Sydney team.
  
The Role
Working closely with an experienced Construction Manager and a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of projects primarily within the fit-out space, alongside selected new build developments. Project values typically range between $1M – $10M.
This position offers strong day-to-day mentorship, practical support, and clear development pathways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer head contracts and subcontract agreements
  • Manage procurement, scopes of work, and trade packages
  • Assess and process variations and progress claims
  • Support cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Assist with project financial management and compliance
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
About You
  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within construction
  • Experience working on fit out and/or new build projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
  • Essential: JobPac experience
